Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins; maturation for 12 months on the fine lees in 5hl oak barrels, further refinement for 36 months in large oak barrels, refinement in bottle.

Ruby red color with garnet shades; intense and elegant nose of ripe fruit and jams; large and structured sip, vibrant and persistent.
