Description

Manual harvest in mid-October with selection of the best bunches in the vineyard; destemming and soft pressing; maceration for approximately 15 days and spontaneous fermentation. Long refinements in large oak barrels and in the bottle.

Tasting

Garnet red colour; on the nose raspberry and strawberry, dried flowers and spices; elegant, harmonious, mineral sip, with good persistence.
