Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation in open chestnut barrels with maceration on the skins for three weeks; maturation for one year in large oak barrels, one year in used tonneaux and one year in concrete; bottle refinement for six months.

Spicy, fresh, with aromas of berries, marzipan, black cherry and hay. In the elegant sip, the berries return together with pink pepper and cloves, in a complex and persistent finish.
