Classic white vinification, maturation in stainless steel tanks for a few months, refinement in the bottle for at least six months.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; intense and broad nose, with fruity citrus notes, rose and aromatic herbs; full, warm, savory sip, with a good balance between acidity and alcohol, hints of passion fruit and a vegetal aftertaste.

First courses, white meats, fish in sauce.
