Description

The grapes harvested in the second ten days of September are destemmed and pressed with soft pressing; the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters at a controlled temperature; the wine matures on the fine lees in steel tanks until May.

Tasting

Fairly deep straw yellow colour; nose of melon, almond, broom flowers and mint; the sip has an excellent flavor, the persistence and the taste-olfactory response are excellent.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, shellfish, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses.
