Description

Clayey composition soils, medium texture, of volcanic origin. After direct pressing of the bunches and a short skin maceration, the must is clarified through decantation and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel.

Tasting

Light straw color with greenish reflections, fine aroma, with floral notes of wild flowers, chamomile, aromatic herbs and fruity hints of white pulp peach, almond and golden apple. Lively, savory, harmonious and long-lasting.
