Vermentino Maremma Toscana DOC 2020

Manual harvest in the second half of September. The harvested grapes are immediately cooled and pressed. The must, decanted and decanted, is sent to fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is stored in steel tanks, on the fine lees, and bottled within 8 months of the harvest.

Straw yellow with golden reflections, aromas of broom, aromatic herbs, exotic fruit and citrus notes. On the palate, savory, intense, with good structure and a strong mineral vein.
