Vineyard at 350m altitude, on calcareous soil with marine sediments. The free-run must ferments in French oak barriques. The wine then ages for 12 months in barriques and 24 months in the bottle. Great aptitude for aging.

Deep straw yellow colour, intense nose of lemon and jasmine flowers; in the mouth citrus fruits and spices, long savory and enveloping aftertaste.
Ideal with fish soups, perfect with cheeses.
