Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Maceration and slow fermentation at controlled temperature; maturation for five months on the fine lees in steel barrels.
Brilliant ruby red colour; nose of raspberry and strawberry, cherry and toasted almond; fresh and fruity sip, juicy and full.
Cheeses and cured meats, South Tyrolean speck, meat-based first courses, fried seafood, cold meat dishes.
