Selected harvest from old vines; gentle pressing of the grapes and natural cold decantation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and is stopped when the alcohol content reaches 5% ABV, refrigerating and filtering the wine; it is then sterile-filtered and bottled.
Bright straw yellow color; intense nose of peach, rose, and ginger; sweet and delicate on the palate, balanced by a refreshing acidity, balanced and with good aromatic complexity.
Creamy fruit desserts, small pastries, blue cheeses, oysters.
