Vietti, Castiglione Barolo DOCG

Grapes harvested from different crus are vinified separately; each parcel then matures for 30 months in barriques or large barrels, depending on the cru they come from. After this period, the wines are expertly blended and, after a period of maturation, bottled.

Ruby red in color; intense and enveloping nose of cherry, morello cherry, plum, and blackberry, with notes of tobacco and rose petals; rich and powerful on the palate, with ripe, well-integrated tannins and balsamic aromatic aftertaste.

Stewed red meats, game, grilled meats, mature cheeses.
