Separate vinification and maturation for each vineyard; fermentation for 3-4 weeks at a controlled temperature of 28-32°C; malolactic fermentation in steel and barriques; the wine ages in barriques for 18-20 months; after this phase, the various batches are assembled in steel and then bottled.

Fragrant nose of raspberry, currant, mint, and spices; elegant and dry on the palate, with soft tannins and a long finish.
