Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection of bunches; The grapes are macerated in the press for 6/8 hours in reduction; fermentation in steel with temperature control, maturation in steel, refinement in bottle for 12 months.

Tasting

Bright yellow colour, fresh nose with notes of yellow fruit, chamomile and thyme; harmonious and vibrant sip, with refreshing acidity.
