Description

Red vinification, with a fermentation of 6/7 days and a maceration of 3/4 days; maturation for one year in 500 liter tonneaux, 20% new; aging for ten months in steel and one month in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep ruby red color tending towards garnet with age; intense nose with clear hints of blackberry and plum, spicy, ethereal, sweetened by the vanilla notes of the wood; good-bodied sip, soft and warm with good acidity and a long finish.

Pairings

Elaborate red meats, mature and spicy cheeses.
