Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of October; grape crushing and destemming, maceration and controlled fermentation for a few days in medium-toasted French barriques, with daily pumping over until racking; the wine matures 30 months in French barriques and is refined in the bottle for a further 6 months.

Ruby red colour with garnet hues; intense and complex nose of wild berries and morello cherries, with slight hints of violets; full and velvety on the palate, with great structure and mineral freshness, spicy notes and long persistence.
