Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; winemaking with spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts; 30-day maceration in cement tanks, with pumping over and delestages; matures in large barrels of different capacities, 10, 20, 25 and 35hl for 36 months.

Tasting

Concentrated ruby red colour; complex nose of cherry and violet, earth and tobacco, with light toasting; intense and harmonious sip, with hints of berries together with cocoa and vanilla; perfectly integrated tannins, long persistence.
