Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard upon reaching the right ripeness. Traditional red vinification with maceration on the skins for 10 days, constant temperature at 25/26°, fermentation in steel. Maturation in barriques for at least 12 months.

Tasting

Aromas of black cherry with vanilla and chocolate. Full flavour, balanced tannin and excellent texture.

Pairings

First courses seasoned with well-structured meat sauces, dishes based on red meat or game.
