“Villa Gresti” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2011

The grapes are left to ferment spontaneously in small concrete tanks for approximately 15/18 days, with the use of daily pumping over and délestage. The wine matures for 12 months in first passage French oak barriques.

Intense ruby ​​red, on the nose hints of tobacco, vanilla and cocoa. On the palate it reveals a perfect balance between softness and acidity, with velvety and sweet tannins, elegant and persistent.
