90% Merlot, 10% Carmenère
The grapes are left to ferment spontaneously in small concrete tanks for approximately 15/18 days, with the use of daily pumping over and délestage. The wine matures for 12 months in first passage French oak barriques.
Intense ruby red, on the nose hints of tobacco, vanilla and cocoa. On the palate it reveals a perfect balance between softness and acidity, with velvety and sweet tannins, elegant and persistent.
