Description

Harvest at the end of September, destemming of the grapes without crushing; temperature-controlled vinification with frequent pumping over and early racking. The wine then matures in steel and refines in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; nose of floral notes including cyclamen; delicate palate, with beautiful softness and fullness, round, harmonious and persistent.

Pairings

Earthy hors d'oeuvres, roast white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
