Description

Harvested by hand, soft destemming, fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for 15-18 days, maturation for a minimum of 24 months in wood.

Tasting

Ruby red color, which tends towards garnet with aging; delicate violet aromas; in the mouth it is dry, with soft tannins, balanced and long-lasting.

Game meat, grilled red meat and mature cheeses.
