Description

Soft destemming, spontaneous fermentation with 4 days of maceration on the skins; 18-month refinement on the fine lees and subsequent decanting for cleaning.

Tasting

Garnet red color, nose of black fruits, plums and dried figs; sip of red fruits, with medium acidity and soft but persistent tannin.
