Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard in the last ten days of September and the first ten days of October; crushing-destemming, vacuum pressing, fermentation and maturation in steel for six months; microfiltration by cartridge, bottling and aging for approximately two months.

Tasting

Intense and brilliant straw yellow colour; pleasant and persistent nose with mineral, citrus and yellow melon scents; very fresh and persistent sip, with a great concentration of mineral salts, with a return of olfactory notes.

Pairings

Aperitif, fried seafood, crustaceans and molluscs, buffalo mozzarella.
