Description

Manual harvest of the grapes at the beginning of September; pressing of whole grapes, white vinification without skins, at low temperature; maturation in steel barrels for 6 months, refinement in bottle for 3 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; intensely fruity nose with typical peach notes that blend into a floral bouquet. Dry, full, harmonious and balanced sip.
