The over 50 year old vineyards are managed according to sustainable management methods with careful tillage and manual work. The manually harvested grapes are vinified in small volumes, manually punched down and the wine will be aged in oak barrels for 12-14 months. The wines thus obtained express the purity and finesse of Pinot Noir while retaining great aging potential.
Ruby-tulip red; on the nose small ripe fruit, raspberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, and a beautiful texture of spices, liquorice, humus and smoky notes. Rich and clean sip, enveloping and extremely fine; very long persistence.
Lamb, game, stewed veal, mushrooms, cheeses.
