Description

The over 50 year old vineyards are managed according to sustainable management methods with careful tillage and manual work. The manually harvested grapes are vinified in small volumes, manually punched down and the wine will be aged in oak barrels for 12-14 months. The wines thus obtained express the purity and finesse of Pinot Noir while retaining great aging potential.

Tasting

Ruby-tulip red, the nose expresses itself with small red and black fruits, spices and undergrowth; the sip is rich and full, extremely elegant, with velvety tannins.
