Description

Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Short maceration. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging for six months on the fine lees in steel barrels with 20% maturation in wood.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour. Rich fruity nose, of apple and pear, with floral and citrus notes. Full and savory on the palate, balanced, with fruity aftertaste and a pleasant minerality.
