“Where Dreams” Venezia Giulia IGT 2019

Chardonnay from poor and stony soils, not very fertile and which force the vine to descend deep with its roots in search of water and nutrients. Only the best bunches are selected, then delicately pressed and sent to fermentation, after which the wine matures in small 300-litre French oak barrels, where it rests for about a year.

Bright straw yellow colour. Complex and elegant nose with hints of exotic fruit, melted butter, vanilla and pastry. Palate perfectly consistent with the bouquet, good freshness and finesse, elegant and persistent.
