Description

First fermentation of the base wine according to the Extreme Wines Protocol, then traditional refermentation in the bottle. Dégorgement no earlier than 24 months.

Tasting

Lively straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles. Fine, mineral and fruity nose with a slight hint of citrus peel and white flowers. Fresh and persistent in the mouth with pleasant fruity hints.

Excellent as a
