Description

First fermentation of the base wine according to the Vini Estremi Protocol, then traditional re-fermentation in the bottle. Dégorgement not before 24 months.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles. Fine, mineral and fruity nose with hints of citrus peel and white flowers. Fresh and persistent on the palate with pleasant fruity hints.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif.
