Manual harvest in the second ten days of September; fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures; maturation for 18 months in steel and part in second passage wood; bottle aging for at least 6 months.
Intense ruby red colour; complex nose of ripe red and black fruits; full-bodied and fresh sip, with a good acidity that streamlines the drink and a soft and velvety tannin.
