Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard in mid-October; red vinification with maceration on the skins, with brief contact with the skins; maturation in steel for approximately 5 months, with a third of the mass in oak barrels.
Brilliant dark ruby red colour; fresh and fruity nose of cherry and berries, with light notes of vanilla; medium-structured sip, mineral and juicy, with soft tannins and hints of red fruits.
Tasty appetizers, first courses with meat sauce, braised meats, game, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
