Description

Fermentation is stopped when the alcohol content reaches 5% vol., preserving a reasonable natural sugar content and allowing the secondary fermentation to take place.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden highlights; intense and aromatic nose, with notes of ripe peach, undergrowth, and moss; sweet and harmonious on the palate, refined and balanced.
