After harvesting, the bunches are gently pressed to preserve the most aromatic part of the grape juice, contained in the outermost part of the berry. The must is kept in steel tanks at a temperature of -2°C. After temperature-controlled fermentation and secondary fermentation, it is microfiltered and bottled to preserve its freshness and aroma.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage; intense nose of orange blossom, peach, and thyme; elegant and persistent on the palate, perfectly balanced between sweetness and lovely refreshing acidity.
Creamy fruit cakes, tarts, small pastries, ice cream, fruit salad, blue cheeses, oysters.
