Wine obtained from a single Cru vineyard in Summonte, located at 650m on rocky-clayey soil. The hand-picked grapes pass a strict selection in the cellar, where they are then directly pressed. The must is cooled to 8\u00b0 for 24 hours. Fermentation is always controlled at around 12 \u2013 13\u00b0 C for 60 days. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks with frequent batonnages for 12 months, and refines in the bottle at least 6 months before being released on the market.
