Soft pressing of whole grapes for Vermentino, destemming and cold maceration for Sauvignon Blanc. Slow fermentation of the musts at a controlled low temperature, after which 9 months of aging follow, in 10hl barrels for the Vermentino and in oak barriques for the Sauvignon. Finally, the wines are assembled and the blend rests for 3 months before bottling.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc meet in the land of
