It originates from Nebbiolo grapes grown in various parcels scattered around the municipality of Serralunga. We are about 300-400 meters above sea level, and the exposure of the vineyards is towards the south-east and west; the soil is mainly composed of limestone and tuff. The manual harvest takes place slightly late, between the middle and the end of October. The must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and the wine then matures for 12 months in steel.
