Made in 1989, this great wine is the symbol of the cellar and one of the most representative labels of the Bolgheri area. It was initially born as a pure Bordeaux blend, and then transformed in 2001 into a pure Cabernet Franc. The grapes come from three vineyards with an average age of 25 years, with a very low yield per plant; harvested in the first half of September, they are fermented and macerated in concrete for 20 days.
