Cultivated using the Pergola Trentina system, 3500 vines\/ha. Year of planting 2006, yield per hectare 100 quintals\/ha. Light gravelly soil of porphyry derivation. Manual harvesting in 200 kg crates. Vinification: extraction of free-run juice with soft pressing, static decantation of the must for 24 hours, inoculation with selected yeasts, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14\/16 \u00b0C.
