San Fereolo is the winery of Nicoletta Bocca, who arrived in the nineties from Milan to Dogliani, in Borgata Valdib\u00e0; here he learned everything from his neighboring winemakers and as he acquired skills in the art of winemaking he tried to carve out his own interpretative space;
