Originally from Romagna, Stefano Zoli attended Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Bologna while in the meantime he had his first experiences with Sangiovese; he then meets Aroldo Bellelli, an agronomist and oenologist from the Marche region who introduces him to Matelica; Stefano falls in love at first sight with that extraordinary terroir and the spark goes off.
