The winery, which has become a reference in Italy for biodynamic preparations, is located in the municipalities of Piglio and Labico. In Piglio, home of the Cesanese and Roman viticulture, there are vineyards and olive groves, nourished by volcanic and calcareous soils and protected by the curtain of Mount Scalambra. Labico has always been the winery headquarters, with four hectares dedicated to vegetables, preparations and experimental greenhouses.
