Augusto Zadra known as “El Zeremia” was able to valorise, saving it from extinction, the Groppello di Rev\u00f2, an ancient native vine of the Val di Non considered the “wine memory” of the Habsburg Trentino. It is grown in a historic proprietary vineyard, dating back to the late nineteenth century and entirely ungrafted, which dominates the Val di Non and Lake Santa Giustina from above.
