Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the beginning of October; white vinification with soft pressing and fermentation in steel; maturation for a few months in steel, refinement in bottle from 6 to 24 months depending on the vintage.
Deep straw yellow colour; intense nose of floral and fruity notes with hints of white fruit and menthol aromas and freshly cut grass. Enveloping sip, balanced between acidity and structure.
Starters, shellfish and seafood, mushrooms, truffles, semi-mature cheeses.
