Nebbiolo
Separate crushing and destemming for each individual vineyard, maceration with skins for approximately 12/15 days at a maximum temperature of 29-31°C. After racking and the first rackings, the wine is left to age in oak barrels for approximately 18 months. After this phase, the blend is carried out between the different vineyards and the refinement in 30hl barrels is extended for another 12/18 months. After bottling, the wine ages in bottles laid down for at least 6 months.
Very intense ruby ​​red colour; still fresh nose with notes of red berries immersed in a delicate vanilla garnish. Dry, imposing, full sip, rich in body and structure, accompanied by polyphenolic compounds that allow long aging.
