Description

Harvest between the end of August and the beginning of September; drying of the grapes on mats for about 5 days; pressing with maceration of the skins for 24 hours; maturation in steel for one year, refinement in bottle.

Tasting

Amber golden color; intense and clean nose of honey, candied citrus fruits, apricot jam, raisins and sage; rich and clean sip, sweet, fresh and citrusy, with great persistence.
