Azienda Agricola Pazzi

Founded in 1950 by Marcello Pazzi, the winery began with the practice of sharecropping, before subsequently purchasing the property and building the current farm; even with the passage to his son Gabriele and until 2016 the winery has always produced and sold bulk wine; his nephew Danilo, trained at the Agricultural Institute of Siena and at the Degree Course in Viticulture and Oenology in Florence, has always dreamed of bottling the family wine; so in 2020 he encouraged his father to select the best grapes to use for the production of their first Chianti Classico, personally taking care of all the phases, from the bunches to the final bottle.
