Azienda Agricola Solouva

Small Franciacorta winery run by the young Andrea Rudelli, with its six and a half hectares of owned and rented vineyards, planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The production method is the one that gives the winery its name, Solo Uva: grapes harvested at full phenolic ripeness and use of wine must instead of sugar, both in the tirage phase and at the time of dosage.
