An ancient manor house stands on the Pianogrillo hill in Chiaromonte Gulfi, about ten kilometers north of Ragusa; Lorenzo, last descendant of the Barons Piccione di Grassura and Molino d’Immezzo, transformed the centuries-old family estate into an organic farm, first producing a multi-award winning extra virgin olive oil worldwide, and since 2014 renovating the vineyards and renovating the winery with a view to productive.
