Bottega is a historic winery founded in 1977 that produces wines, grappa, liqueurs and other typical Italian food products. The winery headquarters is located in a 17th century farmhouse, the vineyards surrounding it are cultivated in full compliance with the dictates of organic farming, and are part of the Prosecco DOC production area.

The products of Bottega
The History
The history of the Bottega family is rooted in 1635 when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills of Refrontolo. At the beginning of the 20th century Domenico was a wine merchant, while in the 1950s and 1960s Aldo developed single-variety grappas and in 1977 founded the Bottega Distillery near Conegliano. In 1992, the winery was added to the distillery and Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco was born.
Terroir & Winery
It is an area rich in waterways that create a fascinating landscape. Ancient castles, Venetian-inspired villas and rural homes emerge among the rows of vineyards. The area enjoys a temperate climate with clayey alluvial soils rich in minerals, ideal conditions for maximizing the characteristics of the grape.
