Small winery Biodynamic

Burja is a small winery owned by the Lavrenčič family, farmers and winemakers who moved to the Vipava Valley in 1500; here, not far from the border with Italy, Primož Lavrenčič today takes care of 7 hectares of vineyards, cultivating local native varieties in a biodynamic manner and producing wines according to tradition, but with a modern oenological interpretation.
